Knapton Collection 
The Loosdrecht was a Dutch East Indiaman that was built for long-distance trade between the Netherlands and the Dutch East Indies modern-day Indonesia. Departing on her third voyage, Loosdrecht ran aground near the Isle of Wight on January 21st, 1719.
